Pictures: I plan to take a few candid photos of happy singers at Monday’s rehearsal, June 4, for marketing purposes. FYI!
Do You Love Festival Choir? Would you like for more people in the capital region to know about Festival and be able to participate? If so, Maury is inviting you to join a team people that would do things to get the word out, such as develop (redevelop?) a chorus brochure; create a poster inviting people to join the choir; send out a mailing in August to area churches inviting singers to participate; and any other great ideas that the committee would have. If you would like to join this recruiting/marketing team, please let me know!
The 2nd Annual FCC Summer Fun Picnic
When: Friday, August 17 @ 6:00
Where: Andrew & Kevin's House - please e-mail Maury or Andrew for for directions!
*Food, Fun, and Frolic and Music. **Please bring either a side dish, salad, or dessert, Kevin and Andrew will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and beverages.
Concert Attire - The board voted that the concert attire for the spring concert will be all black. All black. Women: Pearls welcome, square or scooped neck; ¾ or full-length sleeves; skirts, pants, dresses; if legs showing, need black tights. Men: No ties required.
2012–2013 Concerts:
Christmas: TBA
Spring: TBA
Scents – Please kindly refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, etc. on Mondays. Thank you.
Sunshine Ministry – If you would like for someone to hear from the choir because of health concerns, major birthdays, major anniversaries, etc., please
contact Julia. She will send a card on behalf of the choir.
