All ages, all faiths, all singing levels are welcome and encouraged to join the Festival Celebration Choir - no auditions necessary! One need not be a member of a specific congregation to join the choir. We are always looking for new voices and friendly faces. Festival sings two concerts a year: the 2nd Sunday of December and the first Sunday of June. Rehearsals for our Christmas concert begin in September and run through December; rehearsals for our Spring concert generally begin the end of January and run through the beginning of June. Our fall semester is always geared toward a Christmas Concert, while music for our spring semester varies, as we have performed pops concerts, gospel music, and spirituals, with themes such as "Voices of the Saints" or "Living Waters." We have also performed major works by composers such as Mozart, Handel and Mendelssohn.
Choir members are expected to purchase their music for each concert - purchase sheets are provided toward the end of each semester and music is purchased in bulk. Choir members pay dues each semester.

Where do we rehearse?
Festival Celebration Choir rehearses on Mondays from 7:00 to 9:15 p.m. at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church at 23 Crumitie Rd. in Loudonville, NY 12211.
